Mission
1 to 1 is the ratio of women to men in the world. Therefore, we believe there should be equal representations of women to men in film, TV, and digital media. 1:1 Productions is dedicated to championing women of color both onscreen and behind the scenes.
Goals
Our goal is to produce content that excites us and have women in key crew positions on productions.
